2. HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

Contact us within 30 days after receiving your purchase for a return or exchange. 

3. ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

The following guidelines apply for returns or exchanges:

  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Sales tax will be refunded to the original method of payment.

  • Reason for return or exchange

5. WHEN WILL THE REFUND  SHOW ON MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD?

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to process and 10 business days for a refund to reflect on your credit/debit card. Returns will be credited to the original form of payment.
